Tyrone Naughtin – Managing Director
Tyrone is responsible for the overall management of the Naubro organisation. Tyrone has gained extensive knowledge during his fifteen years in the construction industry. In addition to his qualifications in construction and Work Health & Safety, Tyrone holds a Diploma in Project Management.
Blaize Naughtin – Operations Manager
Blaize is the on-site Operations Manager overseeing all construction matters. With over ten years experience in the industry, Blaize is first-aid accredited and holds additional qualifications in Work Health & Safety.
Karen Naughtin – Industrial Relations Manager
Karen brings to the organisation an extensive background in administration and human resources management. She holds many qualifications including a Diploma in Front Line Management. Karen coordinates our Industrial Relations Department.
Michelle Rhodes – Financial Controller
Michelle who holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting/Legal Studies) has worked extensively in the construction industry focusing on internal compliance. Michelle is responsible for supervising Naubro’s accounting and financial reporting.
