BallPark Well development – Concrete

The project involved the full construction of concrete ramps and associated slabs. Works included site establishment, earthworks, and subgrade preparation, followed by the supply and placement of Class 3 material to ramps and surrounding areas. Subbase preparation was also carried out beneath the building pad slab, with formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring completed for both the ramps and the building pad.
Apron Slabs and Finishing Works
Additional works comprised the construction of apron slabs, which incorporated fillet drip lines to the suspended edge adjoining the retaining wall. Post-pour activities included curing, the installation of expansion joints, and saw cutting. The project was completed with the supply and installation of tactiles, ensuring the finished works met all accessibility compliance requirements.
